Görev Tanımı

  • İş ortaklarının günlük lojistik süreçlerinin, nakliyeciler ile  organizasyonlarının yapılması ve takibi
  • İş ortaklarının saha operasyonlarının koordine edilmesi, düzenli saha ziyaretlerinin yapılması . 
  • İş birliği yapılan servis sağlayıcıları performanslarının takibinin yapılması ve raporlanması
  • Operatif maliyetlerinin azaltılması ve verimliliğin artırılmasına yönelik aksiyonların alınması 
  • Sahada, mevcut işi geliştirmek için fırsatların yaratılması
  • Gerçekleştirdiği görüşmelere ve ziyaretlere dair geri bildirimlerinin toplanması, aksayan noktaların tespiti ve iyileştirme aksiyonlarının alınması. 
  • Sisteme düzenli olarak veri girişlerinin yapılması ve performans raporlarının hazırlanıp yönetime sunulması

  • Problem çözme becerisine sahip, müşterilerin karşılaşabilecekleri sorunlar karşısında destek olabilecek
  • Lojistik ve müşteri iletişimi alanında 1-2 yıl tecrübe sahibi, tercihen saha tecrübesi olan

Category Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Participating annual planning and budgeting
  • Preparing supplier negotiations and business meetings
  • Contributing to the development of category strategies that also deliver other performance targets such as cost, quality, delivery, innovation and category risks
  • To optimize sourcing procedures to attain maximum efficiency
  • To enrich and update supplier portfolio via market analysis and benchmark.
  • Conducting routine field visit with the sales force to better understand the market drivers and Dynamics
  • Working in a close relationship with Customer / Sales / Operations/ Partner teams.

Requirements, Skills:

  • University degree
  • Preferably at least 5-7 years experienced in category management / purchasing in the food / retail / food retail industries.
  • Good command of English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Programs
  • Previously Horeca experience / knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to develop strategies and tactical plans make fast decisions with limited knowledge.
  • Business acumen, experiences in sourcing and/or sales in supplier side
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
  • Open to exploring new trends
  • Competent in problem-solving, analytical and interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of people
  • Comfortable with numbers, good analytical skills enabling to make analysis without getting lost in details
